Neon Base#08 is a vibrant neon camouflage base that can completely replace a colored neon coating. The base self-levels well, covers the free edge, and conceals nail plate imperfections. It looks striking both over and without a white/off-white base coat, speeding up the technician's work and saving steps during service.

How to apply Cover Base Neon#08 by Touch

• Lightly buff the plate to 180 grit, remove dust.
• Degrease with fresher, apply dehydrator.
• Using a semi-dry brush, apply Ultrabond/primer to the free edge, avoiding the skin.
• Apply a thin undercoat of Smart Rubber Base, cure for 60 seconds; Remove tackiness.
• Apply 1 thin coat of Neon, cure for 60 seconds.
• Apply a 2nd coat with minimal leveling, cure for 120 seconds.
• For finishing, we recommend applying a UV-Free Top Coat (without UV filters) to preserve the shade.
