Perla Cover Base #3 is a camouflage base with a pearlescent shimmer: a delicate foundation and a "rubbed-on" effect all in one bottle. Easily self-levels, conceals imperfections, and creates a clean, radiant background for nude nails and other nail designs. Can be applied as a standard leveling layer or to create "cosmic" effects. Iridescent effects by drawing lines with a thin brush/dotter on the wet layer before curing.

How to apply Cover Base Perla #3 by Touch

• Lightly dust with a 180 grit buffing pad, remove dust.
• Degrease the plate with a fresher, then apply a dehydrator.
• Using a semi-dry brush, apply Ultrabond/primer to the free edge, avoiding the skin.
• Apply a thin layer of Smart Rubber Base, cure for 60 seconds, then remove the tack.
• Fully level the Perla Cover Base as usual; If desired, add thin lines with a dotting tool or brush on the wet layer.
• Curing: LED 48W - 60-90 sec. File the end to form the frame of the mold.
