Smart Rubber Base is a clear, elastic base coat with an improved TPO-Free formula for a primer and/or base coat under gel polish. Its medium consistency allows for easy, one-drop application; it doesn't run and provides reliable adhesion. Recommended as a base coat for short and medium-length nails, and for long nails. As a primer under the base coat.

How to use Smart Rubber base by Touch

• Preparation: lightly file (240 grit/buff), degrease, apply dehydrator. If your nails are very damp, use an acid-free primer/ultra-bond with a semi-dry brush.
• As a base coat: Apply a thin, even layer of base coat, thoroughly covering the entire nail surface.
• As a base coat for gel polish: Apply a thin primer coat, then smooth it out with a single drop (without excess material).
• Curing: LED 48W - 60 seconds.
• Before applying color/design: It is recommended to remove the sticky layer.

Restrictions: Not recommended for pedicures.

Ingredients: Isobornyl Acrylate, Acrylates Copolymer, Hydroxypropyl Methacrylate, Polyhydroxyethylmethacrylate, Hydroxycyclohexyl Phenyl Ketone.
