Oxidizer 1% from Elan

The oxidizing agent is designed for mixing with ELAN professional line Eyebrow gel color.

Method of application Oxidizer 1% from Elan:

Mixing ratio 1:1. For professional use only. Hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions for use. These products are not intended for use by persons under 16 years of age. Temporary tattoo "black henna" may increase the risk of allergies. Do not use paint if you:

• rash on the face or sensitive, irritated or damaged scalp;
• there was any reaction after dyeing your hair;
• there was a reaction to a temporary tattoo with “black henna” in the past.

Precautions when using Oxidizer 1% from Elan:

The oxidizing agent contains hydrogen peroxide. Eyebrow gel dye contains phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluenediamines). Before use, 48 hours before use, you must perform an allergic reaction test: mix 2 drops of paint and oxidizer and apply the mixture to a small area of skin on the elbow. If there is no redness, swelling or irritation on the skin — you can start painting.

Use protective gloves. Do not use metal objects while working with the product. Do not use to color eyelashes. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them immediately with water. After application, rinse thoroughly. If an allergic reaction occurs, be sure to consult a dermatologist.
