Oxidative emulsion 2% — This is one of the components of the author's eyebrow coloring system, the SMART EYEBROW COLORING SYSTEM. It is designed to be mixed with eyebrow dye “Deep Brow Tint 2.0” and booster concentrates "Eyebrow Tint Color Booster 2.0". Provides ideal coloring results thanks to its balanced composition and soft creamy texture.

The finished color mixture has a neutral pH value, so the coloring procedure does not injure the hairs or dry out the skin.
