Yes, you heard that right—you really can create looks using your own makeup!
When it comes to creating creative looks, I follow just one rule — no rules!
Let’s start with skin prep!
This is where the Illuminator base from the new ProVG collection comes in. It’s absolutely out of this world! It creates an unreal glow thanks to ultra-fine light-reflecting particles and has a long-lasting finish without any stickiness.
The skin is ready, so we can move on to foundation. And here, I’ve given my heart to the Collagen Moisture Foundation. The best + budget-friendly—an amazing price-to-quality ratio. It hydrates, improves skin elasticity, and thanks to SPF15 protects from external factors that can harm the skin. Whether we’re doing makeup or full-on creative looks, skin care always comes first. And of course, let’s not forget about the longevity these two products provide.
Now onto the brows—and the question is: will the look include them or not?
If not, I always hide them using Zola soap. It holds the hairs in place perfectly for a long time! But if you’re a bit more conservative and want to keep the brows, then I go for brow pomades from ProVG. Long-lasting, easy to apply, and with a приятная texture.
Now for the most exciting part — working with the eyes. And here, you only have one limitation — your imagination!
The VG eyeshadow palette is diverse and functional, but let’s be honest—I always have about 385 thousand palettes from different brands open. When I create, it can be Huda Beauty, Lime Crime, but I always layer pressed pigments and multichromes from ProVG on top. Thanks to their semi-transparent texture, great staying power, and multi-colored shimmering particles, your look will truly glow!
Of course, what’s a look without lashes? We’ll need long and voluminous ProVG or Nesura.
In my opinion, a look really comes together in the details!
If you decide to decorate the décolleté area or your face with stones, it’s best to use Atelier Paris glue for that. I could sing praises of its durability and quality forever! If you’re going for glitter, try Ultra Glitter—it gives you dense application and, most importantly, a texture that sparkles like it’s from outer space. If you want, you can mix glitter into aloe gel and apply it to the hair. This Korean gel is very versatile in use.
To create more dramatic shadows for face correction, I love using ProVG concealers. I especially like how the texture can be layered sheerly—it doesn’t leave patches and won’t break the base.
Now let’s add the final touches to the lips. To create the kissed lips effect (which I absolutely love), I have two options:
- use ProVG eyeshadows in any shades. You can apply a clear gloss on top to create a glossy effect
- use long-lasting pigmented tints for this purpose
For glow above the lips, I apply oil-based eyeshadows or multichromes from ProVG in generous amounts.
