• Step 1 — scrub: apply to damp skin on problem areas with massaging motions, leave on for 5 minutes, rinse with warm water without soap.
• Step 2 — wrap: apply a thick layer from bottom to top, wrap with film for 20–30 minutes, rinse with warm water, pat the skin dry, and apply cream.
• Use 2–3 times a week. Avoid damaged areas and mucous membranes.
