Blue-Black Binacil Eyebrow and Eyelash Tint

How to use:

1. Protect the skin around the area where the dye will be applied with patches. (oxidant) 3% Wimpernwelle Binacil (10 drops for eyebrows and eyelashes or 5 drops for eyelashes only), mix until smooth.
2. Leave on for the specified time: 2 minutes for eyelashes, 5 to 10 minutes for eyebrows (depending on the thickness and characteristics of the hairs).
3. Remove any remaining dye with a cotton pad and warm water.
