How to use Eye Brow Color by LeviSsime
- Mix the paint with Eyebrow Activator 10V or 20V oxide in a 1:1 ratio
- Apply the composition to dry, prepared eyebrows
- Leave for 5-20 minutes depending on the desired intensity
- Remove the paint with water and dry the eyebrows
- If necessary, use Eyebrow Cleanser
