• Exfoliate and remove hair at least 24 hours before application
• Apply mousse only to clean and dry skin
• Shake the bottle, squeeze the product onto the applicator glove
• Spread over the skin of the body and face in circular motions
• Bend your elbows and knees during application for even coverage
• Avoid water, sweating and other cosmetic products until completely tanning effects
• Wash off residue with warm water after 8 hours, without using soap or gel
