- The unique formula of Liquid Hybrid Tint and Cream Oxidant 3% from the H2O series by OKO Lash&Brow allows you to adjust the intensity of the coloring result by changing the mixing ratio. The proportions can vary from 1:1 to 1:3.
How to use Cream Oxidant 3% from OKO
- Shake the bottle well before use. Depending on how rich or light you want the result to be, the mixing ratio can vary from 1:1 to 1:3. For layered coloring techniques, we recommend applying the first layer as thinly as possible and repeating the application 2-3 times. Dry the dye on the eyebrows and rinse off. The dye should be left on the eyebrows for 6-15 minutes. Rinse off the dye with a damp pad.
