The formula with a pH of 9.44 is designed for gentle action on the skin and hair, without damaging the epidermis. Panthenol in the formula softens the effects of chemical components, protects the skin’s lipid barrier, and retains moisture, reducing irritation. Mineral oil moisturizes and softens the skin, making the lamination process more comfortable.
