Liquid oxidizing agent Thuya 3% (60 ml) is intended for professional coloring of eyebrows and eyelashes. It triggers the dye reaction, ensuring uniform and long-lasting coloring. The specially developed stabilized formula makes it ideal for use with the entire THUYA color palette. The oxidizer contains argan oil, which provides additional care for hair, giving it softness and shine.

Method of application:

1. Mix the oxidizer in a 1:1 ratio with THUYA eyebrow and eyelash dye until a uniform texture is obtained.
2. Apply the mixture to your eyebrows or eyelashes, spreading evenly over the entire surface.
3. Leave for 15 minutes to achieve desired shade.
