How to use Ceramidin Skin Barrier Serum Toner by Dr. Jart+

• Apply a small amount to clean skin of the face and neck with your palms, gently pat until absorbed.
• Or, moisten a cotton pad and wipe skin with light, circular motions.
• Use morning and/or evening before serum and cream.
• For severe dryness, apply 2-3 thin layers using the "Putting."
