How to use Top Velvet matte top without sticky layer by Karo

1. Apply a thin layer of top to the polymerized color, sealing the end.
2. Cure: UV - 3 minutes; hybrid lamp - 60 seconds; SUN lamp - 30 seconds.
3. After drying, do not wipe — the coating is ready to wear.
