How to apply Cover Top Camel by Touch

• Remove the sticky layer from the previous product (if any).
• Apply a thin layer of top coat and, if necessary, smooth it out with a small drop for easy smoothing (for smoothing, use half as much product as for the base coat to avoid clouding). coating).
