Directions for use:

• Read the instructions for the product you are using the oxidizer with.
• Mix the eyebrow tint/lightener with OxiPOWER in a 1:1 ratio until a smooth, creamy consistency is achieved.
• Apply to clean, dry eyebrows and leave on for the time recommended by the dye/lightener manufacturer.
• Thoroughly remove the product after the exposure time.

Important: Do not use for tinting eyelashes.
