• Conditioning liquidum complex Which provides maximum protection and effective care eyebrow hairs during the lightening procedure. This complex makes the lightening mixture more elastic, which increases the level of its comfortable application when a beauty specialist performs lightening of eyebrow hairs;
• Wheat and rice proteins High amino acid content penetrates deeply into the cortex , thanks to which they provide additional care to the hairs from the inside;
• Neutralizing carbon pigments Minimize the possible appearance of an unwanted yellow tint on bleached hairs .

Method of using Elan Carbon Eyebrow Beaching Powder

• For lightening by 1-2 tones 1. Mix Elan Carbon Powder with oxidizing emulsion 3% Elan in a ratio of 1:3 (one part powder and three parts oxidizer).
  2. Apply the mixture to thicker hairs and then spread over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
  3. Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture for 1-3 minutes.
  4. If the desired result is achieved, wash off the mixture using a damp cotton pad.
  5. If necessary, get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure.
• For lightening by 3-5 tons 1. Mix Elan Carbon Powder with oxidizing emulsion 3% Elan in the proportion 1:2 (one part powder and two parts oxidizer).
  2. Apply the mixture to thicker hairs and then spread over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
  3. Depending on the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the mixture for5-15 minutes.
  4. Rinse off the mixture with a damp cotton pad.
