How to use the HollySkin anti-cellulite care set

• Step 1 wrap (cooling): apply a thick layer to clean skin in problem areas using upward strokes, wrap with plastic wrap for 20-30 minutes, rinse with warm water, pat dry with a towel.
• Step 2 cream (warming): apply a small amount to the same areas with light massage movements. Use after wrapping/massage or on its own 2-3 times a week.
• Avoid contact with mucous membranes; do not apply to damaged skin.
• Recommendation: perform wraps no earlier than 2 hours after eating.
