Biblioteka Cover Base No. 3 — a camouflage base of medium consistency that is easy to control during application, self-levels well, and creates a smooth surface with a delicate nude shade. It is suitable for light leveling of the nail plate, as a base for nail art, or for standalone use as a nude coating.

• High Self-Leveling: creates a clean surface and reduces the need for filing.

• Durability and Elasticity: ensures long-lasting wear and reduces the risk of chipping/lifting.
• Tacky Layer (Inhibition Layer): dispersion is present after curing.

Application Method:

• Prepare the nail plate.
• Apply a dehydrator and acid-free primer to enhance adhesion.
• Apply Scotch Base in a thin, scrub layer.
• Cover the nail with Biblioteka Cover Base; perform a light leveling if necessary.
• Cure: LED — 60–90 seconds / UV — 120–180 seconds.
• Finish the coating with Clear Top UV (gloss) or Fog Top (matte finish).
