Biblioteka Cover Base No. 15 is a camouflage base of medium consistency that is easy to control during application, self-levels well, and creates a smooth surface with a delicate nude shade. It is suitable for light leveling of the nail plate, as a base for nail art, or for standalone use as a nude coating.

Medium Consistency:\ easily controlled during application and helps work without running/flooding. High Self-Leveling: creates a clean surface and reduces the need for filing. Built-in Pigment:  can be worn as a standalone coating or used as a base for nail art. Durability and Elasticity:\ ensures long-lasting wear and reduces the risk of chipping/lifting. Tacky Layer (Inhibition Layer):\ dispersion is present after curing. Safe Formula: TPO free. 

Application Method:

Prepare the nail plate. Apply dehydrator and acid-free primer to enhance adhesion. Apply Scotch Base in a thin, scrub layer. Cover the nail with Biblioteka Cover Base; perform a light leveling if necessary. Cure: LED — 60 –90 seconds / UV — 120\–180 seconds. Finish the coating with Clear Top UV (gloss) or Fog Top (matte finish).
