Biblioteka Cover Base №11 — a camouflage base coat with a medium consistency that is easy to control during application, self-levels well, and creates a smooth surface with a delicate nude shade. Suitable for light leveling of the nail plate, as a base for nail art, or for wearing on its own as a nude coating.

Application Method:

• Prepare the nail plate.
• Apply a dehydrator and acid-free primer to enhance adhesion.
• Apply Scotch Base with a thin, scrub layer.
• Cover the nail with Biblioteka Cover Base, performing light leveling if necessary.
• Cure: LED — 60–90 seconds / UV — 120–180 seconds.
• Finish the coating with Clear Top UV (glossy) or Fog Top (matte finish).
